- Confirmed customer concern of a no crank, no start condition. Tested battery. Battery tests good at this time. Gained access to starter assembly. Checked power, ground and signal. All signals are present at this time. Put direct power to the starter solenoid. No go. Turned engine by hand. Engine spins. Recommend to start with starter. Then re-test system.
- Replaced starter. Confirmed vehicle starts and runs. Tested starting and charging system. All tests pass at this time.
