PERFORMED SCAN OF VEHICLE, FOUND MULTIPLE LOW VOLTAGE CODES AND AUXILIARY BATTERY MALFUNCTION. PERFORMED ALTERNATOR TEST, FOUND ALTERNATOR FAILED TEST, NOT CHARGING. UPON INSPECTION, FOND ALTERNATOR SOAKED IN COOLANT AND ENGINE OIL FROM LEAKS. WILL REQUIRE REPLACEMENT/REPAIR OF OIL AND COOLANT LEAKS AND REPLACEMENT OF ALTERNATOR TO CORRECT CHARGING SYSTEM. NOTE: ATTEMPT TO SLOW CHARGE BATTERY, CHARGE IDENTIFIED BAD BATTERY. HAD TO MANUALLY FORCE TRICKLE CHARGE MODE OVER NIGHT. FOUND BATTERY DID RE-CHARGE AT THIS TIME, BUT MAYBE COMPROMISED. MAY NEED BATTERY REPLACED AGAIN IN NEAR FUTURE.
- DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT FOR ENGINE REPAIRS, REMOVED AND RE-INSTALLED(R&I) ENGINE UNDER PANELS AND RIGHT FRONT INNER FENDER LINER, REMOVE TURBO CHARGER ASSEMBLY, CLEAN AND RESEAL AS NEEDED. CORRECT ENGINE COOLANT AFTER REPAIRS, WASH FRONT(RADIATOR SIDE) OF ENGINE AS BEST POSSIBLE. ROAD TEST AFTER REPAIRS, NO OTHER OBVIOUS OIL LEAKS FOUND AT THIS TIME. RECOMMEND TO HAVE VEHICLE EVALUATED AT NEXT SERVICE.
- REPLACED ENGINE COOLANT PUMP DURING TURBO REMOVAL. REPLACED COOLANT LINES AS NEEDED.
