- Confirmed customer concern. Vehicle has been driven 840 miles since last visit. Scanned vehicle Received code: P0441 EVAP system incorrect purge flow. Using bii-directional testing with the scan tool, activated the purge valve. No response from valve. due to location of purge valve to perform final test of valve, the Powertrain Control Module needs to be removed to access the purge valve to remove to bench test valve. Recommend purge valve and replace if fails bench test.
- Performed bench test on purge valve. Valve failed testing. Installed new factory purge valve onto vehicle. Cleared codes. Performed in bay service test. Service test passed at this time. Test drove vehicle. No problems at this time.
