Removed driver side exhaust manifold to weld cracks in manifold reinstalled manifold.
Replaced front brake rotors cleaned and lubed caliper slides and replaced front pads
Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Top off all fluid levels and set tire pressures. Preform basic Vehicle inspection OIL LEVEL WHEN CAR CAME IN half-court low performed oil change _________

PERFORMED SHORT TEST, FOUND DTC P0303 CURRENT AND STORED. PERFORMED GUIDED TEST OF FAULT, FOUND ACTIVE MISFIRE. SWAPPED COILS #2 AND #3 AND SPARK PLUGS #1 AND #3, FOUND MISFIRE NOW IN CYLINDER#2, DETERMINED ONE BAD COIL CAUSING MISFIRE. RECOMMEND TO REPLACE ALL COILS DUE TO AGE/MILEAGE OF VEHICLE.

REPLACED ALL 4 IGNITION COILS, ERASED ALL CODES, ROAD TEST AFTER REPAIRS, FOUND ENGINE PERFORMING AS DESIGNED AT THIS TIME. NOTE: DURING TEST DRIVE, NOTICED LOUD RATTLE ON ACCELERATION FROM UNDER ENGINE AREA. ALSO A/C COMPRESSOR NOISY WHEN FIRST TURNED ON. MAY NEED DIAGNOSIS OF MULTIPLE NOISES FROM ENGINE.

GAINED ACCESS TO BCM. LOAD TEST POWERS AND GROUNDS TO BCM. ALSO LOAD TESTED POWER AND GROUNDS AT IPDM, ALL CHECKED GOOD. TESTED SIGNAL FROM IGNITION SWITCH TO BCM DROPS FROM BATTERY VOLTAGE TO GROUND WHEN SWITCH IS PRESSED. FOUND PIN 98 IPDM RELAY CONTROL IS FUNCTIONING. WHEN START BUTTON IS PRESSED VOLTAGE DROPS TO 5VDC IPC COMES BACK ON AND VOLTAGE DROPS TO .6 VDC. THIS VOLTAGE SHOULD DROP TO 0 VDC AND STAY. RECOMMEND: BODY CONTROL MODULE (TO START, COULD HAVE DAMAGED IPDM)

Scanned vehicle. Received codes: U0100, U1000, B2631, B260F, U1300, U1200, U1217, U1229, U122E, U1240, U1243. Codes in modules are conflicting. Communication codes are not set in certain computers that should be with customers concern. Test drove vehicle. Confirmed slight hesitation with throttle response to pedal, but very intermittent and not major. No TSB's found. Contacted our programmers. Cleared codes. Upon clearing, found monitors did not reset. Upon further inspection found no catalyst monitor. This vehicle has a performance tune installed. Mechanically everything is operating properly. Recommend customer contact programmer from aftermarket tune.
