Confirm customer's complaint of warning light coming on dashboard. Found in her left rear brake light bulb is out
STOP LIGHT BULB – Remove & Replace – One
Removed all necessary components to gain access for removal of rotors for installation of new rotors on four-wheel-drive hubs. Replaced rotors reassembled cleaned and lived caliper slides installed new brake pads.
Removed transmission assembly inspect for transmission leak at front pump.
Removed all necessary components to gain access to axles for removal. For axle seal removed and replaced reassembled

CHECKED FOR COMPLAIN, VERIFY CUSTOMER COMPLAINT, FOUND WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID AUDIBLE PUMPS WORKING, BUT SYSTEM LEAKING FLUID WHEN OPERATED ON PASSENGER SIDE FRONT AREA OF TIRE. UPON CLOSER INSPECTION, FOUND HOSES CHEWED BY RODENTS. WILL REQUIRE REPAIRING OF WASHER LINES UNDER INNER FENDER LINER TO CORRECT WASHER HOSES.
REPAIR BOTH WASHER LINES FOR FRONT AND REAR WASHERS UNDER PASSENGER SIDE, FRONT INNER LINER. RE-INSTALL LINER AFTER REPAIRS, CHECKED FUNCTION OF WASHERS, FOUND NOW BOTH WASHERS WORKING AS DESIGNED AT THIS TIME. CORRECT WASHER FLUID LEVEL AFTER REPAIRS. NOTE: WOULD RECOMMEND TO HAVE AREA WHERE VEHICLE IS MOSTLY PARKED OVER NIGHT FOR RODENTS TO AVOID FURTHER DAMAGE TO COMPONENTS ON VEHICLE.

REPLACE FRONT BRAKES AND ROTORS
HEAVY OIL LEAK COMING FROM THE VALVE COVER GASKETS ON BOTH BANKS.
WAS VERY HARD TO DUPLICATE NOISE, EVEN WITH CUSTOMER DRIVING THE VEHICLE. WAS ABLE TO DUPLICATE NOISE ONE TIME. FROM THE SOUND IT MADE IT SOUNDED IT WAS A CONTROL ARM ISSUE. LIFTED VEHICLE AND TIGHTEN ALL LOWER CONTROL ARM BOLTS AND NUTS. FOUND THE LEFT LOWER BOLT SLIGHTLY LOSE. HAD ABOUT ONE FULL THREAD UNTIL TIGHT. PERFORMED ANOTHER ROAD TEST AND WAS NOT ABLE TO HEAR THE NOISE AGAIN. CREAKING NOISE IS COMING FROM THE FRONT BRAKES, ROTORS ARE VERY GLAZED AND WHEN MOVING SLIGHTLY WITH BRAKE APPLIED LIGHTLY WHILE TURNING, THEY CREAK DUE TO MOVEMENT. BOTH FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS HAVE EXCESSIVE PLAY AND ARE MAKING NOISE WHEN VEHICLE IS MOVING.
REPLACED FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS DUE TO EXCESSIVE PLAY AND NOISE.
