Replaced 12V battery. Performed starting and charging system test. System passed testing at this time. Scanned vehicle. Received code: P0A80. Second key cycle: Warning lights illuminated. Scanned vehicle. Received codes: P3000, P0A80, C1310, B1421. Recommend hybrid system diagnostic.
After replacing aux. start battery, Performance is reduced, Recommend Drivability Diagnostic, found damages harnesses under hood. Advise harness replacement. Need to know how to proceed ?

Performed 40 point AAA inspection
Confirm customer's complaint no coolant in reservoir. Check radiator what about a quart of water in pressurized cooling system no leaks found. Did hydrocarbons test has 15% hydrocarbons which is not enough for it to have a blown head gasket but is significant. Upon inspection found radiator fan was unplugged from previous repair of starter that was installed. Plugged radiator fan back in checked radiator fan operation and fan is working.

CHECKED FUEL PUMP FUSE, FOUND BUILT IN RELAY AND FUSE TO FRONT FUSE BOX ASSEMBLY. REMOVE REAR SEAT BOTTOM CUSHION TO ACCESS FUEL PUMP. CHECKED WIRING AT FUEL PUMP, FOUND GOOD POWER AND GROUND 12.1V AT FUEL PUMP. FOUND FUEL PUMP SEIZED. WILL NEED TO REPLACE FUEL PUMP FOR ENGINE TO START.
CLEAN BATTERY POST, FOUND POSITIVE TERMINAL CABLE IS INCORRECT STYLE FOR THIS VEHICLE. RECOMMEND TO REPLACE WITH FACTORY CORRECT POSITIVE BATTERY POST.
DISCONNECT AND CONNECT BATTERY GROUND CABLE, REMOVE AND RE-INSTALLED REAR SEAT BOTTOM CUSHION TO ACCESS FUEL PUMP. REPLACED FUEL PUMP/FILTER ASSEMBLY. FOUND NOW VEHICLE STARTS. ERASED ALL CODES. FOUND ENGINE OPERATING AS DESIGNED AT THIS TIME.
REPLACED POSITIVE BATTERY POST WITH CORRECT TERMINAL.
