CHECKED SCAN DATA FOUND BANK 1 READS 3.97 VOLTS ON RUNNER POSITION, BANK 2 READS 0.75 VOLTS. BOTH SHOULD BE APROX. THE SAME. CANNOT SEE ANY DAMAGE TO WIRES BEHIND INTAKE. RECOMMEND REMOVE INTAKE AND LOAD TEST WIRES TO INTAKE RUNNER POSITION SENSORS.
REPLACED INTAKE MANIFOLD. RAN KEY ENGINE OFF AND KEY ON ENGINE RUNNING TEST. TEST DROVE TRUCK 5 MILES NO FURTHER PROBLEMS AT THIS TIME.
REMOVED INTAKE MANIFOLD, TESTED WIRE ALL CHECKED GOOD. FUNCTIONAL TESTED INTAKE, FOUND SHAFT THAT OPERATES RUNNER FLAPS IS BROKEN. THESE SHAFTS ARE NOT SERVICEABLE SEPARATE FROM INTAKE. RECOMMEND: INTAKE MANIFOLD.

CUSTOMER CONCERN. CUSTOMER STATES: Customer has a new ECM that is not programmed. Old ECM has something loose internally. To start vehicle need to disconnect injector 1.

Confirmed customer concern. Filled and pressure tested cooling system. Found the coolant reservoir has a small fracture in the bottom of the reservoir. Recommend coolant reservoir than re-test.

Removed engine cover. Observed large amounts of oil all over the engine. Inspected engine bay. Found the dipstick tube cap missing. Found it laying in fascia. Re-installed. Confirmed customer concern. Scanned vehicle. Received codes: P0106, P0131, P0171, P1101, C0561, C0750, C0760, U0184, B1287. inspected live fuel trims. Fuel trims are maxed out at 25%. Performed smoke test on engine. Found two leaks, valve cover positive crankcase ventilation(PCV) and turbo intake hose. The PCV has internally failed and is leaking vacuum. Found TSB(Technical Service Bulletin) TSB#19-NA-114 and vehicle repair is confirmed to follow TSB. Found TSB #19-NA-101. Removed PCV bypass hose. Inspected for manifold non-return valve. Found valve is missing. Recommend valve cover, intake manifold, and turbo intake hose seal. Then re-test.
