40 POINT AAA INSPECTION
UPON BRING TRUCK INTO SERVICE NOTICED ENGINE WAS SURGING AND HAD A RATTLE NOISE. SURGING DID STOP, FOUND RATTLE IS WATER PUMP. (WATER PUMP IS DRIVEN BY TIMING BELT, CANNOT SEE IT.). PRESSURE CHECKED COOLING NOTED RADIATOR IS LEAKING. CANNOT TELL IF WATER PUMP IS LEAKING. PERFORMED BLOCK TEST USING A 5 GAS ANALYZER, FOUND 0 PPM HC. RECOMMEND: TIMING BELT WITH WATER PUMP RADIATOR UPPER AND LOWER RADIATOR HOSES BELT
Removed old radiator and replaced with new.
Removed and replaced thermostat.
Removed and replaced water pump and timing belt components and torqued all bolts to spec.

conducted test of all connectors to third brake light found all grounds where good. No power was found going to third brake light bulb socket. Conducted a check of all connectors related to 3rd brake light and found that a connector was not connected correctly. Checked connector to ensure it was good and reconnected. 3rd light works like it should.

Replaced 12V battery. Performed starting and charging system test. System passed testing at this time. Scanned vehicle. Received code: P0A80. Second key cycle: Warning lights illuminated. Scanned vehicle. Received codes: P3000, P0A80, C1310, B1421. Recommend hybrid system diagnostic.
After replacing aux. start battery, Performance is reduced, Recommend Drivability Diagnostic, found damages harnesses under hood. Advise harness replacement. Need to know how to proceed ?
