Not able to duplicate customer concern at this time. Scanned vehicle. Received codes: P0303-00, C1704, C1709. Inspected freeze frame data. At 5.4 minutes of run time at operating temperature, the vehicle set the code at 23mph. Fuel trims appear to be in proper specifications. Test drove vehicle 6 miles in same conditions. Not able to duplicate concern. No signs of overheat. Vehicle passed block test. Most likely the ignition coil is intermittently failing. Not able to prove. Vehicle drove good at this time. Recommend ignition coils and plugs. Discounted diagnosis by 50% as a courtesy.

Confirm customer's complaint of sputtering from exhaust manifold. Found exhaust manifold to be cracked. Did not hear any rattling in exhaust system
Removed driver side exhaust manifold to weld cracks in manifold reinstalled manifold.
Replaced front brake rotors cleaned and lubed caliper slides and replaced front pads

TESTED SIGNAL FROM IGNITION SWITCH TO BCM DROPS FROM BATTERY VOLTAGE TO GROUND WHEN SWITCH IS PRESSED. FOUND PIN 98 IPDM RELAY CONTROL IS FUNCTIONING. WHEN START BUTTON IS PRESSED VOLTAGE DROPS TO 5VDC IPC COMES BACK ON AND VOLTAGE DROPS TO .6 VDC. THIS VOLTAGE SHOULD DROP TO 0 VDC AND STAY. RECOMMEND: BODY CONTROL MODULE (TO START, COULD HAVE DAMAGED IPDM)

Scanned vehicle. Received codes: U0100, U1000, B2631, B260F, U1300, U1200, U1217, U1229, U122E, U1240, U1243. Codes in modules are conflicting. Communication codes are not set in certain computers that should be with customers concern. Test drove vehicle. Confirmed slight hesitation with throttle response to pedal, but very intermittent and not major. No TSB's found. Contacted our programmers. Cleared codes. Upon clearing, found monitors did not reset. Upon further inspection found no catalyst monitor. This vehicle has a performance tune installed. Mechanically everything is operating properly. Recommend customer contact programmer from aftermarket tune.
